• All recommendations returned to Shupala for final assignment

• All point people/task chairs briefed on tasks and given assignments with deadlines/expectations

October/November 2008

• Individuals/groups work on sections assigned, Shupala to address issues as they arise, assist with drafts, documentation, etc.
• Website established and initial drafts loaded as received along with associated documentation
• Faculty credentials certified and database under development

Monday
November 24, 2008

• All First Drafts with associated documentation lists submitted for review

December 2008

• Review of First Drafts and associated documentation by review committee

April 1, 2009

• Drafts returned to writers for revision if necessary
• Deadline for all associated documentation to be submitted (exceptions)

April 17, 2009

• Faculty Credentialing due (from Deans)

April 30, 2008

• Staff Credentialing due (from HR)

May 15, 2009

• Revised Drafts resubmitted for second review
• Any additional associated documentation submitted with draft

July 1, 2009

• All drafts and documentation loaded on website for community review
• SACS consultant visit
• Community review and comment period
